Students will learn to speak and write confidently in Spanish while developing reading, listening and translation skills. Our friendly team of language specialists support students through their language learning journey, providing fun, engaging and diverse lessons. Students will work with their fellow students and their teachers to broaden their vocabulary within a range of relevant topics while exploring the intricacies of the Spanish language.
Our curriculum also seeks to provide students with opportunities to further expand their cultural understanding through the study of hispanophone festivals and traditions. Through role-play and group work students develop their communication, presentation and leadership skills. Students are also encouraged to be reflective in their learning, identifying patterns, similarities and differences between Spanish and their native languages, while using newly acquired language skills to express their own opinions and ideas.
